Dr. Alicia Kovach, D.C.

Dr. Alicia Kovach grew up in Iowa and graduated from Northwestern College and received a Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Physiology. Dr. Kovach then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa where she received her Doctorate in 2006.

Dr. Kovach is a licensed Chiropractor with Physical Therapy privileges in Maryland. In addition she is a member of the Maryland Chiropractor Association.

Dr. Kovach is certified and specializes in several different techniques, including: Thompson, Diversified, Flexion-Distraction, Acupressure, Myofascial Release, and Activator. Along with these adjustment techniques she combines physical therapy modalities such as electrical

stimulation, ultrasound, and hot and cold therapies when creating individualized patient treatment plans. Dr. Kovach is also a trained in spinal decompression.

Dr. Kovach has special interest in Maternity Care, Pediatric Care, Worker's Compensation, Personal Injury, and Spinal Decompression for Herniated Discs.

During her free time Dr. Kovach enjoys spending time with her family and enjoying the outdoors.


Dr. Brittany Harris, D.C.

Dr. Brittany M. Harris is certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and licensed by the states of Maryland, Virginia, and Washington,D.C.

In 2010, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia. She continued her education at Life University in Marietta, Georgia, the largest chiropractic program in the country where she earned a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2014. During her education, she learned a variety of contemporary Chiropractic techniques including Activator, Applied Kinesiology, Thompson Terminal Point and Sacro-Occipital technique.

Dr. Harris has addditionally invested over 100 hours learning advanced physiotherapeutic protocols for spinal and extremity conditions. In addition to her formal education, she has completed extensive post graduate training in perinatal and pediatric care. She is certified in the Webster Technique, a technique designed to reduce the effects of sacral and pelvic dysfunction during pregnancy.

In 2012, she earned an Advanced Proficiency rating in the Activator Methods technique. Dr. Harris takes a “whole person” approach to patient care, and enjoys educating her patients about how to achieve their personal health goals. She prides herself on her ability to connect with patients and looks forward to serving the community, providing people with an opportunity to discover true “health care.”
